Justin Browne

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Justin comes from a consulting background with a career establishing SME businesses. He has owned and sold multiple businesses. With expertise in Hospitality and Retail, Justin got started in immigration in 2005 as a consultant with Agnew Legal. Developing a strong recruitment business he eventually partnered and then took complete ownership of Edupi Migration in 2006. Establishing Edupi as a market leader in the world of Hospitality Migration he sought to create an Immigration Consultancy that serviced a broader sector. Edupi Migration is the result of that desire.

Justin advises large organisations on visa strategy, compliance and guidance on the rapidly changing environment that is employer sponsored migration. He is a regular contributor to Australian Hotelier and Hospitality magazine and frequently speaks at industry association events and functions. Justin also enjoys a challenge and will advise on complex visa matters for individuals and find solutions that assist in people’s desire to remain in Australia.

Angus Browne

Angus has over 16 years’ experience working in the Media sector dealing with high-level businesses. He was at News Digital Media for over 5 years, has worked with NetX, The White Agency and Saatchi & Saatchi amongst others.

Angus has excellent experience in managing business to business engagements, working with multinational and listed companies across many industries. He is comfortable working with C-level clients to achieve the best outcome for them in their immigration requirements.

Angus decided to join Justin in the Immigration sector and successfully launched one of our sister companies DMA Migration.

Angus recently completed the Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and is a Registered Migration Agent.

Surendra Chudal

Surendra works as a Recruitment Consultant and provides day-to-day assistance to employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. He is also our Skills Assessment expert for all major hospitality occupations.

He started with us in 2016 in our Sydney office, having previously been actively involved in our overseas recruitment program for many years in Nepal and the United Arab Emirates. Over the years, he has successfully placed hundreds of hospitality professionals in hotels, restaurants, and cafes across Australia, developing a deep understanding of employer needs and industry expectations.

To further support his work and better navigate the complexities of the migration process, Surendra has recently the Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law from Western Sydney University. This has equipped him with a strong understanding of employer-sponsored pathways and the legal intricacies of applications made to the Department of Home Affairs, ensuring compliance and clarity for both employers and international candidates.

Surendra has developed extensive industry experience working in both hospitality and recruitment roles across Australia, the UAE, and Europe. He primarily supports candidates from Asian countries and has a nuanced understanding of their aspirations and challenges before migrating to Australia. Surendra is always ready to share his insights and guide candidates as they build their careers in a new country

Tiffany is our Head of Migration. She has been in the migration industry for more than 10 years, specialising in Employer-Sponsored and Family visas. Known for her attention to detail and patient approach, Tiffany brings both expertise and empathy to her clients’ migration journeys. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master’s in Marketing, and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law.

Tiffany arrived in Australia from Taiwan in 2005 as a high school student, accompanying her parents who were seeking a new life in Australia. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys exploring new restaurants and bars, always on the lookout for New South Wales’s hidden gems.

Tina was born in China and migrated to Australia in 1998 for high school. She brings her personal migration experience to each case she works on, providing careful and efficient service to our clients.

She speaks Mandarin and English, and specialises in student visas, family visas and Employer-sponsored Migration.

Helen O'Shea

With over a decade of experience in Australian immigration, including representing Australia as Senior Migration Officer in Russia and the Philippines for the Department of Home Affairs, Helen brings a rare insider’s perspective to every visa and migration matter. After the birth of her fourth child, Helen decided to leave the Department and was inspired to retrain as a Registered Migration Agent, joining us at Edupi Migration.  Helen is close to completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law.

When she is not at work, Helen loves bushwalking, camping, and adding to her bucket list of travel destinations, as well as dabbling in cake making and decorating. One day, she hopes to take her family to a hut-to-hut adventure through the Italian Dolomites or explore South America.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University, Tegan is expanding her understanding of human behaviour, knowledge that enhances her administrative work. She also holds a Diploma of Elite Performance from Brent Street Dance Academy, showcasing her discipline and drive.

Tegan enjoys the varied nature of immigration work and is passionate about learning new processes and policies. Outside of work and study, she loves eating out, cooking, and watching footy. Her blend of organisational skill, creativity, and empathy makes her a valued team member of Edupi.

Emma arrived from the UK in 2023 and joined the Edupi Family in 2024, bringing with her 10 years of Office Administration/Managerial experience.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, which enables her to develop strong interpersonal relationships with our clients, as well as provide effective communication skills essential for managing the office and maintaining team morale.

Her attention to detail, organisation and creativity are just a few of the skills that she carries with her from the office into everyday life.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, immersing herself in nature, and curling up with a good book. She has a strong work ethic, but most importantly, an appreciation for good Australian coffee.
